+Propane13 #26 Posted May 25, 2007 Ah, Ebivision Pac-Man. That was supposed to be my prize for being the first (and probably the only) guy to get to the last maze. It just never happened. I'm slightly bitter about that. AFAIK, it was not sold, but only "given out" to get around copyright issues. Was it really sold at some time? -John
Crazy Climber #27 Posted May 26, 2007 Tron Man is a hack of Fast Eddie. And you haven't removed Reindeer Rescue Got rid of Tron Man, I left Reindeer Rescue since it has been re released and is currently being sold in the AA store as Reindeer Rescue so there is technically 2 versions. The original 2005 Numbered AA Christmas cart and the non numbered release availible now

They must have gave a few away though like you were saying, wonder what the chances of tracking one of those down would be....probably slim

EricDeLee #30 Posted May 26, 2007 Which version of Thrus+ came in the Combat pack (the box with the foot controller and extras?)
Gorf #31 Posted May 27, 2007 And isn't Toyshop Trouble the 2006 AA Holiday cart? (double entry) Yes. Berzerk: Voice Enhanced is a hack, so I would drop it from this list. I would include Amiga Boing! Demo 2.0 separatelyl, since it's very much different from the original version and they were written by two different authors. There's also a Thrust+ DC Edition that we sold for a while before the "Platinum Edition". ..Al Perhaps we should do a hack list then too? I hope to ad my name to the original homebrew list not so far from now. I have a feeling it will be most welcome to widely 2600 fans (if I can pull it off that is.) Crazy Climber #34 Posted May 27, 2007 and how about add the year of release to the list? I would love to do that, I would also love to ad the Authors. I will see how much info I have on it, I know I will have trouble with the release years though.

I would be willing to try, with some help of course I'll wait until this homebrew list seems to be complete and then start on one, a reproduction prototype list (games like Revenge of the Apes, Polo, Frog Pond, etc...) would also be a cool list to have
Thomas Jentzsch #38 Posted May 27, 2007 a reproduction prototype list (games like Revenge of the Apes, ...) RotA isn't just a reproduction. It was improved by Paul Slocum's music and some intermission graphics by Marc Oberhäuser.
Crazy Climber #39 Posted May 27, 2007 a reproduction prototype list (games like Revenge of the Apes, ...) RotA isn't just a reproduction. It was improved by Paul Slocum's music and some intermission graphics by Marc Oberhäuser. Thats right, sorry about that. Do you think it is enough to classify as a homebrew or would it be a hack? I personally own it but I have never played the original proto version.

I say this becasue most people have a good Idead of a good deal of the official releases. It's the hacks and all the other I've not seen that i'd like to know about. Heck...a huge massive master list and simply designate wht the game is in another column. Publisher/ Developer | Title | Description | Development type --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Doofus Games | Doink! | play the fool, 2 player | Homebrew Something like that ....that might be quite the monumental task. Sounds pretty cool to me, so many hacks though, where to start is the question. BTW - Should I ad Doink! to the list?
