I managed to track down Delicon's sister by using online people search. (Luckily his real name is pretty unusual) I just got off the phone with her and apparently he's okay but has gone through some undisclosed life changes. She will be passing on my contact information. It's a safe bet to assume that he's not going to finish this project but I need to find some closure given how abruptly our communications ceased.
