2600Lives #1 Posted June 2, 2007 I'm looking for a good, reliable online store that sells vintage hardware and systems (not so much games). I'm not going near ebay ever again (got screwed on my very first purchase, BAH). Basically, I want to slowly complete my system collection (Fairchild Channel F, Emerson Arcadia, etc), and be able to get accessories too (like some new 5200 controllers). Anybody here know of any places like this? Any help would be appreciated.
plaidbrad3141 #2 Posted June 2, 2007 Take a look at atari2600.com. I think they even have Emerson and Fairchild stuff. Awesome site many here have used.
jboypacman #3 Posted June 2, 2007 Atari2600.com is a great place to buy classic games and systems i have had no problems with them what so ever.
Atarifever #4 Posted June 2, 2007 (edited) http://4jays.net/store//index.html 4 Jays has really good service and fast shipping. They have some 5200 stuff (but not a lot) and some Fairchild stuff. I also don't use ebay. I just believe using a good set of online stores is the safer bet. It hasn't limited my selection overall to use only a handful of good reliable sites (although perhaps I spent a few extra dollars compared to waiting on ebay deals). nathanallan #5 Posted June 2, 2007 I've gone to www.estarland.com and had nothing but great experiences. They have a lot of stuff and the prices are good. That's where i got the connector for my NES and a couple of SNES games. They're on my A-list. I also buy from individuals, from here and www.vintage-computer.com/vcforum. great people there. plaidbrad3141 #6 Posted June 2, 2007 I can't forget to mention http://www.tradengames.com/ Great store and Jason is a member here.
Trade-N-Games #7 Posted June 3, 2007 Yes me www.tradengames.com however I dont really get stuff in for fairchild and those older systems just not alot of it in the midwest it seems. I do have tons of Atari and new games and I like to think my prices are very good and I picture every item for sale never a stock picture. Joe Cody at www.atari2600.com has tons of that older items and I get alot from him myself, always good service.

raindog151 #9 Posted June 3, 2007 I've gone to www.estarland.com and had nothing but great experiences. I concur that customer satisfaction from estarland is tp tier, but personally i think their prices are quite hefty. They had an X'Eye go up, no box no manual for 109 last week. YMMV. 2600Lives #10 Posted June 3, 2007 Cool. I've seen Trade-N-Games at the last couple of OVGE conventions, and thought his prices were good. I'll browse what you've got, Jason. Thanks all!
KrazyKaiju #11 Posted June 4, 2007 I'd like to give Trade-N-Games another . Jason answers emails quickly and the stuff is always in the condition promised. I do wish he'd carry more Gamecube games though.
2600Lives #12 Posted June 4, 2007 And I've been wanting an X-Eye, too. Meh. There's still a few systems I need, especially the classic ones, for completion. The Arcadia, the Fairchild, another Intellivision (the controllers on mine broke many moons ago, so I figure I'll get a an INTV II), a Jaguar, and a CD-I. That's pretty much all I need up till the PS3 and Wii. Oh, and another Vectrex. I sold mine at a convention a few years ago, but it never saw much play anyway (I never understood what the big deal with that system was anyway. It sucked BIG time, if you ask me).
