What TV to buy to play PAL and NTSC format 2600 games?

Hello

I had my Atari 2600 converted to A/V so I could play PAL games on my 1084s Commodore monitor as well as NTSC. I made the foolish mistake of thinking that this would work on any monitor so I sold my 1084s. I know have it hooked up to a 1702 and the screen rolls for PAL games which sucks I could track down another 1084 monitor I guess but I would rather just get a nice little TV for my Atari area so I can watch mindless day time TV as well, nothing larger then a 25" and not too expensive since it will be taking money away I could spend on Atari games. Heres where I need help. How can you tell if a TV will play both PAL and NTSC games, is there something I can do to check without bringing my Atari in to the store and hooking it up? Any advice on this would help a lot. Thanks everyone

I thought someone mentioned HDTV in another post, but i am no expert on the subject so i will let someone else confirm!
