Another dubious milestone today. My certified get-well card to Delicon came back to me unclaimed after 2 notices sent. The date it started coming back was may 24th, 4 days before I reached his sister. So it's possible he just wasn't (or was unable to) check his mail up to that point. I find it hard to believe he would purposefully ignore these notices. Anyway, I think I've done about all I can to regain contact with him. The ball is in his court. My yahoo email isn't going anywhere. For me to go any deeper than this would veer into stalker territory. Whatever his situation is, he doesn't want to even privately share it with me, nor does his family. So I'll just let it go and try not to fixate on it too much. I certainly hope there is a good explanation for this and that one day he'll try to continue where he left off. I do think I'd prefer someone more reliable to take this to the next level, however. Up to this point I may not have spent much money on the project, but I have devoted a lot of time and thought to it. Both are valuable commodities in and of themselves to me. I would like to see something concerete come of this sooner rather than later, or to officially give up on it myself for the sake of closure.
