Accelerator(s)

Has anyone heard any updates about the *three* accelerators that were being developed for the Atari? Or are we doomed to emulation as the only accelerator we'll see? Well, the PC's keep getting faster, maybe the emulator will get split up for dual or quad core machines! One core for the cpu, one for Antic, ...

No updates that I've seen lately, but I'm not involved in any way.

 

Just a 14 MHz job would be nice - forget about 16 bit extensions or anything, all we really need is speed.

 

I was running the emulator in turbo earlier - not sure, but wasn't there a beta release of A800Win+ with multi-threaded support?

Sadly, Version 4 only seems to single-thread, as it wouldn't use > 50% of my Core2Duo.
