Are PAL and NTSC Commavid boxes the same?

Is the NTSC box for Cakewalk the same as PAL box for Cakewalk?

I thought the PAL version was different for these games but I saw a post saying they were identical.

The PAL box is the same but has a PAL sticker on it. The instructions are different however. That's why you will sometimes see NTSC cakewalks being sold with the box and cart but no instructions.
