Venture full size arcade machine, cheap.

I just won a full size Venture arcade machine in great shape for just $299 and the best part is the person lives here in Michigan, so I can pick it up my self and save on the huge shipping cost. The only problem with the Venture machine is that there is a problem with the sound, sometimes you can hear it very low and somtimes not at all, but I dont think that will be much of a problem to fix. What do you guys think?

Check your voltage on the amplifier. I have seen a flaky amp before, too. Usually, if all the sounds do not work, its something easy.

Venture is one great game. I had a chance

to play the real coin op at the Funspot Classic Game

Tournament and enjoyed it thoroughly. One must

imagine that the decaying monster corpse feature

was a pretty big deal back then.

Thanks Nolan, I pick up the game this Friday and when I get it home I will have my friend, who is the super computer repair man, to see if that is the problem.
