I did the only way I could: I called my dad. I haven't seen him much lately (it's a long story), I told him to have a happy Father's Day. He really appreciated it. My sister was going to call him, don't know if she ever did. Meanwhile, my mom went to see her dad (my grandpa), along with my sister and my niece. I didn't come because they were also going to look at open houses. Nothing unusual, though, my mom always visits my grandpa every Saturday and Sunday and calls every night right after Jeopardy! to check up on him (he's 82 years young and in fairly good health, though he lives alone since my grandma died two years ago. He still has the cat that grandma had. It's about 12 years old. My cat, Nikki, is 14, twice the age of my niece, well, come July.) So if you ever wonder why I'm not online at 7:30 pm pacific time on weekdays, there's your answer. I did spend most of today asleep, though, since I stayed up until 3am last night.
