I have one but it IS an Activion cart... mine is a little worse then the one on the atari 2600 rarity guide.

 

And by that I mean the plaque is darker and more pronounced, the label is otherwise completely intact with no tears or writing.

 

DO you have the game in duplicate with the other label? I'd trade straight up.
