NightSprinter #1 Posted June 29, 2007 (edited) Just so everyone knows, I'm suspending all potential sales for now. I'm moving to Wisconsin and will not have access to any of my belongings for possibly a few months. Well, after my little PayPal incident, I've decided to put stuff back up here for sale. I have quite a few things since I last sold here available now. AtariMan1976 #5 Posted June 30, 2007 I think sans means without. I thought it was the brand but i forget what one looks like.
NightSprinter #6 Posted June 30, 2007 Yeah, the heavy sixer sticks don't have that spceial "hex disc" that would say "Sears" or "ATARI" on it. Hopefully anyone interested in buying the non-working one can get it to function again. I dug around and found a Dreamcast that might not work fully or at all but are worth tinkering with to get working. I'll edit the original post. Asaki #14 Posted August 2, 2007 Yeah, the heavy sixer sticks don't have that spceial "hex disc" that would say "Sears" or "ATARI" on it. My joystick doesn't have anything like that on it, but it isn't a heavy sixer stick. There's no orange paint on it, either...is there a pic of these "hex disks" somewhere? NightSprinter #15 Posted August 2, 2007 Here's one with an Atari disc. And here's one with the Sears disc. Hope those forum threads help give an idea of what they looked like.
Asaki #16 Posted August 2, 2007 Here's one with an Atari disc. And here's one with the Sears disc. Hope those forum threads help give an idea of what they looked like. Weird, I've never seen those before. Being disks, does that mean they're just glued on or something? That would probably explain why mine doesn't have one...I don't remember it EVER having one, but it's certainly seen better days. My parents probably should've done a better job of keeping things out of my mouth >_<
NightSprinter #17 Posted August 3, 2007 I don't think so, they were most likely inserted into the indentation on top of the stick. In either case, a CX-10 with either disc does go for quite a bit.
Asaki #18 Posted August 3, 2007 Yeah, the heavy sixer sticks don't have that spceial "hex disc" that would say "Sears" or "ATARI" on it. Oh, I think I confused myself...I thought that meant that no heavy sixer sticks have them, only the later ones... Rereading it, I see now...so the newer ones are the ones that don't have them? That would explain why mine doesn't.
