Well, we went over to my sister's house for a BBQ. We felt a little bad about leaving the pets in the hot house, but it was only for like three or four hours, and they handled it OK. We didn't want the fan going cuz one of them might knock it down, and heaven forbid we leave a window open so a robber can come in really easy. Anyway, I ate a burger (and a ton of snacks), watched some fireworks and just got back a half-hour ago, back into the oven, I was surprised it was still hot in the house at 11pm. And it's supposed to get even hotter tomorrow, and I might actually go down to the pool if it's as hot as it was today. It got to 92 degrees today. Some people a few blocks down the street from my sister's were shooting off bottle rockets, etc (which is illegal in Oregon. I know, figure that one out.) So, all in all, it was a good time.
