Problem with Jagcode 500-Jungle Jag

Recommended Posts

When I load Jungle Jag, the screen sits too low and a lot is cut off at the bottom. when I use the screen adjust on the menu screen to compensate, after starting the game Jungle jag and all the enemies "walk" on air about an inch off the "platforms." If I don't adjust the screen, they walk on the platforms, but of course a couple of inches are cut off the bottom of the screen and I can't see everything to play. Is this normal for everyone? Is there a way to correct this?

I din't think they tested the NTSC setting, I get the same thing.

Ahh, o.k.

Well, I guess I'll have to mod my Jag with a switch to change between 50/60Hz, since I have it hooked up to my SC1224 RGB monitor, I can run it in PAL or NTSC modes.

It has a screen adjust option, you hold down a button and then you can move the screen. Somewhere on the title screen it's listed.

That's were the problem starts. Please read my original post more carefully.

from the readme:

-works on PAL 50Hz Jaguar, there is no warranty that it will works on NTSC 60Hz Jaguar.

(sorry, I only have a PAL Jaguar and a 50Hz TV)

and if anybody wants to correct this bug, please do so, I remind you that the complete source code is available.
