I'm not just talking about now, I'm talking about even back when Best Buy, Circuit City, EB, Gamestop, Kmart, Wal Mart, TRU and Sears were all carrying Dreamcasts and games on their shelves. I looked at all of them and none of them had a single copy of the game for sale. It may have been better distributed in other parts of the country but ebay prices don't reflect this.
