Was Cubis ever released on tape or CD?

The topic "Has anyone made any new Supercharger games?" got me thinking about all of the homebrew games made exclusively for the Supercharger. As far as I know, Stell-A-Sketch, Stella Gets a New Brain, and Labyrinth were the only games actually released on CD. However, Eckhard Stolberg also made (and completed) several Supercharger games as well. (I know of Cubis, Domino and FTSFX.) Of these, Cubis seems to be the most well-known/popular, but I don't recall ever seeing anyone selling it on CD or tape. So I was wondering, was it ever released on CD, or was it only released as a rom?

I never made an official CD release myself, but I think Randy once offered a compilation CD with Supercharger homebrews which included my games too.
