Jess Ragan #1 Posted August 14, 2007 http://www.lakupo.com/grblitz/reactivator/index.htm This news is so good it's worth the extra exclamation points. Debris and ColorClash designer Martijn Wenting is creating a Vectrex BASIC compiler similar to Fred Quimby's own Batari BASIC for the Atari 2600. He claims that it will be limited in scope at first, but will grow in depth as the project continues. JR
+atari2600land #2 Posted August 14, 2007 (edited) I don't know anything about the Vectrex, but this makes me want to learn more about it. I looked at the code, and apparently you can use the "print" command, something that bB can't do. I'd like to hear when it's finally completed so I can download it and start learning Vectrex stuff. Where can I download an emulator and ROMs? Edited August 14, 2007 by atari2600land
Jess Ragan #3 Posted August 15, 2007 Try this! http://vectrex.classicgaming.gamespy.com/ Click the Emulation/Overlays tab at the top of the screen to get to the downloads. JR

Jess Ragan #6 Posted September 18, 2009 Yeah, seriously. So disappointed... I wanted to tear things up on the Vectrex! Where are you, Martijn?
