It's the same as the release version (hence the RLS on the sticker!)

Well, not that it is PAL but I do need trade bait....and I have a potential deal where I could get some NTSC protos if I had PAL protos so this will help bolster the deal.

Ah, now the world order is OK again: PAL protos obviously are more interesting than NTSC's
