Any ST Midi Experts Here?

Recommended Posts

I just picked up my first Atari computer, a Mega ST4 that seems to be pretty tricked out (AdSpeed, ICD FAst hard drive with 2 drives, 4 mb ram). In the deal, I got a lot of MIDI equipment and software that I have no clue about. Some titles I remember are Logic, Cubase, Band in a Box, and many others along with 3 pieces of hardware that seem to give more MIDI ports.

I have no real interst in this stuff and would like to see it go to someone that would appreciate it, but I have no idea where to go for info or where to even start. Are there any good sites out there with this info and is there anybody here that might be interested in some of this?

Thanks!

Being a musician, I would be very interested in any MIDI stuff. PM me with a list of what you have and I'll see if I can use any of it.

A list would be fine, but I'd prefer it here to maybe discuss unknown items. ;)

Here's a list of what I could sort out. I'm by no means an ST expert and even less knowledgable abotu MIDI stuff, so if my descriptions are wrong, feel free to let me know! I can also get pics of any of this if you like.

Hardware:

EMagic Unitor 2

EMagic Log 3

C-Lab Export

MIDI Software:

SwiftCalc ST 2.0

Band In A Box (3 Different Versions, only version 4 Labeled as such)

Band In A Box Fakebook Disk 2

Band In A Box Midi Fakebook

Styles Disk 1

Styles Disk 4

Notator 2.0, 2.1

Protezoa

ProtoLogic

Dr. T's TuneSmith w/mpe

1000 Series Object Mover

Cesium Sound Proteus Volumes 1-4 Superlib DA

Cesium Sound Proteus Volumes 1-24 Superlib DA

Trax (disk only?)

7s Midi Mixer (disk only? sorta looks like drivers for something)

There's more software installed on the hard drive than what is listed here, but I couldn't find disks for any of it. I'll look some more this weekend to see if I missed anything.

and, by the way, you can know what does your hardware/software do, by visiting Tim's Atari MIDI World. tamw.atari-users.net/
