Fixing a Nuon?

I've got a Samsung N2000 that I've had since the early days... It's been a good DVD player, but recently it's been acting up. Freezing, skipping, studdering, etc. From what I gather the laser is out of alignment?

 

Is there anyway to fix this? Thanks!

Sure hope these hardware problems aren't too common, I'd hate to see Nuon lose their share of the console market.
