Hi. Just wondering if the Dreamcast controller/joypad is compatible with any other games consoles (old or new).

I'm not aware of any, though you can get an adapter to use a Sony PS1 controller with the Dreamcast

I was thinking there was an adaptor to play PSX controllers on the Dreamcast, but I don't know of any to make Dreamcast work on other systems.

No. It's a serial connection with a propriatory protocol, Maple Bus.

There is the http://www.mod-chip.com/en/pc_magic_box.php, which can let you use DC/PS/PS2/SAT controllers on a PC. Also the http://www.hkems.com/qa-TrioLinkerPlus.htm for PS/PS2/GC/DC to PC.
