FND #1 Posted September 6, 2007 Going through a box of Prototypes today I ran accross a old unusual item I had put away sometime ago Its the same basic model as the more common homemade EPROM reader but this one seems to be done on a more professional level, it has an anodized aluminum plate for the main label and also seems to have a specificaly designed PC Board inside. I guess My question is does anyone remember seeing this type of item being sold by any known company ? Here are some scans of the item in different stages of assembly

Bruce Tomlin #3 Posted September 6, 2007 Yep. It's basically yet another homebrew 2K/4K EPROM cart. The nice thing about this one over most of them is how the guy made it so you could put two 2K games on a 4K chip.

Whoever made this one did a very nice job and had some pull as the PCboard is not a cheap one considering it has the better edge connector and was specifically designed for this application, also not a cheap process at the time.
