Is DP still listing this as an R6? According to AA (Al, correct me if I'm wrong), Mean 18 Ultimate Golf is the second rarest NTSC game.

As for rarest cartridge, I think a couple of "utility" carts are #1 and #2.

 

Two years ago, Water Ski was on ebay for $40 BIN plus shipping. I told the guy he wanted too much for it, ans he scoffed. He would up having to re-list it without a minimum price, and I won it easily for $17 shipped. It's in good shape, but I need to clean it.
