I just recently got into re-collecting after I basically sold everything at a tagsale when I was 9 (20 yrs ago) for some spending $....and wanted to know what systems you all have or genres you all lean towards collecting for games...here are mine so far:

Colecovision (box possibly , maybe pending :) )

NES (CIB)

SNES (CIB)

Genesis (M2) (Still needs box, hint hint)

Sega CD (Box,MAYBE pending,IDK)

Dreamcast (Still needs box,hint hint)

N64 (Still needs box,hint hint)

PS1 (CIB)

PS2 (CIB)

Gamecube (CIB)

360 (CIB)

Handhelds:

Original (Fat) Gameboy (Still needs box, hint hint)

PSP (CIB)

As for games...I am DEFINATELY an RPG-er,only collecting rpg's for ps1 & 2 (some 'cube & xbox) as well as the popular ones for snes as well) but have the classics and some rares for the older consoles....

Not many as of now, we got robbed and all my consoles and tech went poof, but I have started recollecting.

I have these systems right now.

1. Sega Nomad (Fragged)

2. Playstation 1 (Box Version)

3. Playstation 1 (Mini Version)

4. Sega Dreamcast (Sports Edition Black)

5. Nintendo 64

6. SNES (Broken, dunno whats wrong with it)

7. Nintendo DS Lite (Polar White)

8. Virtual Boy

9. Sega Genesis Mk II (Coming in the mail as I type this)

10. NES (Maybe... I would have to dig through the garage.)

And thats all I think I have.

I lean towards the RPG/Adventure genre's though I will play an action or rts game here or there. I try to stay away from first person shooters, though I can't stay away from goldeneye, or perfect dark for some reason lol...

Just an Atari 7800 for me.

I used to have a woodgrain 4-switcher, and I've had two heavy-sixers and a jr at one point, but I decided ONE console to play 2600 games is good enough! (Plus, I needed [and still do need!] the money, so I sold the rest...) I also had an Intellivision for a short time but got rid of it when I just couldn't get into it as much as I could back in the day.

For an extremely short time I had one of those Jakks TV-Games, the one with Pac-Man...I thought it sucked (and still do think so!) so I either donated it or sold it...

I had a Vectrex back in the day...I bequeathed it to a cousin of mine that I haven't seen in nearly 20 years...

And I do have Super Pac-Man on my cell phone, and all the Apple-sanctioned iPod games (well, the original five, at least!), so I guess those count as consoles. :)
