People Already Completed Halo 3?

Recommended Posts

This is exactly what me and my friends have been waiting for. 4 player action! We dont play online. Tuesday night (release day) we got together and played split screen on my friend's 60' tv from 9pm to about 3am. We laughed, yelled, slugged /damned each other...man, what a hoot! And all the options of game variants to play! It looks like there is even a zombie variant in there too.

EDIT: dammit, I meant to put this in the Halo3 discussion thread!...so I will :)

Play a 4 player game, and then go into theatre mode and you can make fun of each other in slow motion from cool camera angles..

Ok Thanks.

Sorry you think my "lots of other stuff" is irrevelant to my position.

It's very simple, if I want a car, I want a car. I don't have to see a truck to know I don't want it. I remeber long ago when RPG's took 100's of hours. Only reason they largely stopped is because too many gamers have short attention spans and complained the games took too long. Personally, not my concern. I'd love a 100+ hour Halo.

It's huge. And you can't put it down.

Seriously man, don't talk yourself out of this game. It's the most amazing thing I've ever played.

People said the same thing about H2 at the time.

Of course the reality was, H2 was only huge in virtual logistics, not physcial reachable, interactive space. Tho better hidden, it still had alot of forced direction and invisible walls/ceilings. Sure, I can believe you can't put it down. H2 had the same effect, which is why I accidently finished in only 10 or so hours, and nearly had a "lets throw our console out the window in a fit of rage" moment. I quickly learned H2 fanboys had no abaility to be subjective, flatout ignoring and denying everything that was wrong with it. So far, I see nothing different in what people are saying and how people are acting rearding H3. Video's opinion in the other H3 thread told me everything I needed to know.

It's not short ... It takes about 13 hours to play through ... The people saying it's short are crazy.

Interesting contradiction. Sorry, games like this shouldn't be completeble in half a day or less. Didn't some people in this thread mention finishing it in 7 hours. Now we're up to $8.57/hr cost.

It was irrevelant to my question is all.

I think it's safe to say we all know you don't like Halo 3 and me personally I don't need to keep reading over and over your reasons (So I didn't). I just wanted to make sure people knew that when reading your posts where you reference this game, that this is coming from a person that doesn't own a 360 or Halo 3, that's all.

Sorry you dont like a game you haven't played. I dunno what to tell you. I do know writing volumes of paragraphs justifying your position doesn't change the fact...You don't know.
