Who Else Got Halo 3 @ Midnight?

I was at the mall outside by 1030.

Waited till 12, it decided to rain too.

Got my own copy of halo 3 !

They were selling 4 t shirts for halo 3.

I got like one of the 4 xD

I felt special! I didn't sleep at all last night, played all night!

Online this morn I am way to shy for the voice thing though >.<

 

 

 

Anyone else wait at midnight care to share a story?

 

 

And no i didn't get limited. they was sold out

since you couldn't wear helmet i didn't get legendary lol.

My nephews (11 & 12 years old) did at 12:05 am. By the time it was noon they had finished it.

 

And of course noon their time is about 7pm our time the previous day.. so they finished it yesterday. Kids....

I bought it today, which is really saying something because I almost never buy a mainstream game on the day of launch. I learned a hard lesson from reserving the crummy Genesis version of Mortal Kombat fifteen years ago.

I was up at the store a little befor 11, there was one dude there befor me, but there were quiet a few that got there later.

 

I bought mine at walmart, I was aming for the legendary one, but eh...our store didn't get a single copy I wonder why? I know it was supposed to be limited, but uh...how limited was it supposed to be? (our store got 60 regulars, and 15 limited, so there was no problem haveing enough to go around)

 

Oh...the first dude was so excited he snatched his and ran and he didn't get his dogtag (apparently what walmart's special 'thing' was) I got one, mildly cool, but it'll just sit in the tin till forgotten.

 

Me and my friend came rolling home, and right about 10 this morning, we finished the game (well, on panzy) and I crashed about then. Haven't even seen if I've unlocked any achievemnts or not yet, and I'm fixing to go look at the bonus disc and see what's on it, Read the books, you know, do all that crap that I wasn't about to devote any time towards when I first got the game
