Venezuela Games

Recommended Posts

Does anyone find it weird that some of the rare games such as Motorodeo, Off the Wall, Ikari Warriors, etc., seem to be in unlimited supply on ebay. I think that you can find at least one of these games sealed in the box every day from Venezuela.

Anyone have an idea why this is?

Apparently a few cases of Motorodeo and Ikari Warriors ended up there. Exactly how or why nobody knows.

Quite a few CompuMates as well...that's where I got mine from.

So where's that case of BMX Airmasters?

Good question. I don't know...but if Hugo Chavez ever found out how much mabb96 and those other guys are making on that stuff, he'd surely repossess them all in the name of 'the people'.

I'm sure Mabb is out there day and night trying to find out. He must be accounting for half the GDP of Venezuala

well i live in venezuela, its weird, maybe as i stated before, atari was very popular around the nes days, maybe the took a good part of freeze stocks around US and shipped to VE.

as far as i know, i have bought and sell motorodeo, of the wall, ikari, river raid, xenophebe (this one seems to be Out of stock in the warehouse), star raiders (out of stock), vanguard, defender 2, ms pac man, galaxian, milliphede, between anothers... i have to check this month the warehouse around and see how are they doing in stocks. maybe ill post some pics.

It would be great to know just how many Motorodeo and Ikari Warriors there actually are in that warehouse.

I'm assuming Venezuela is NTSC like Brazil. Right?

Venezuela uses NTSC, but Brazil uses PAL-M.

Only the consoles are PAL-M, the cartridges are NTSC.
