Gauntlet Proms...........Any Left Out There?

I'll give $75.00 for just the prom. As for the prom already mounted. I'll give $100.00. I know it doesn't take much to put one together. I have 6 Malagai's and only one Guantlet. Just looking to add to my collection.

It's worth ALOT more than $75 bucks so good luck getting one. And no the supply is gone on them.

That would be a matter of opinion and not fact. I bought one off of a very respectable atari seller on eBay for $59 6 months ago. If someone doesn't want to sell. Then let them decide what they would take for their item. Opinion and fact can cause a huge disruption in decisions.

Well I paid more than $100 for the chip myself so you'll definitely have to up the price...

Are you sure the supply is gone? The guy in Ohio who sold them originally might have more. He seems to sell some off every year or two.

It's the actual chip inside the cart. (P)..programmable..®..read..(O)..Only...(M)..memory. It is permanately programmed and cannot be erased. Guantlet was a simple made game from Answer Software.

But why are the PROM's separate? Did a batch of these turn up somewhere, with no cartridge?

That is very true. I have always found it best to do any deals off the forums and in private to save a lot of unnecessary aggrevation

I can't be 100 percent, I'm just going on what he told me. He said that last burst was the last of what he had and thats why he didn't care about selling the last bunch in a lot.

Thanks for your reply. Some ask very little of others while others ask alot of others. Inflation is a nasty device of destruction. Glad to see some more out there like myself.

In here you say you already own one (Gauntlet prom). Why do you want 2 of them? Are you trying to resell one for a profit? Just wondering since you seemed to be very againts it in your last post with all the "inflation is nasty" talk. Maybe you actually want 2 labeless Gauntlet cartridges for your collection though, I could be wrong.
