Artlover #5 Posted October 1, 2007 Would that be a Star Raiders game ??No,its a person...just have no clue who. We're asking about the 2600 carts, are THEY Star Raiders? WTF is that? Depending on what the games are, we might be able to tell you.
A.J. Franzman #6 Posted October 2, 2007 There is a guy on this other trading site that has Atari 2600 games FT and some of them he said were "signed by Zarate". Close, but you're misquoting me. I wrote that they're autographed by Zarate. Anyway, it's a joke. Zarate is probably just some Gen-X'er who wrote his name on them as a kid back when he got them. Funny thing is, I bought them in a thrift store and mere days later I spotted more carts in an eBay lot from halfway across the country also with "ZARATE" sharpie'd on them. Artlover #7 Posted October 2, 2007 Would that be a Star Raiders game ?? Ok, now you got me wondering.... WHAT? What does Star Raiders have to do with this. I keep wanting to believe you're thinking Oscar Zarate who is an Illustrator, and illistrated several space & science publications (amung other things), except there is no connection between him and Atari, Star Raiders, or DC Comics (who did the Star Raiders comics for Atari). The hours I wasted following this guy's history.
