Video #26 Posted October 23, 2007 Well, the fast travel thing works cool, and is handy when you're doing a mission that's just 'go to town b, then ce, the n back to a" But for the aimless wancer, I'll still go out useually. and some missions, that point you to a location won't work if you ahven't already been there. Got unvampired, and I'm also pretty sure that while I did fight vampires, I didn't get anything from them (I remember reloading games several times during fights cause I got something while fighting) I have had people just come into my room, even with the door closed (they can just open it) but it's only people in the inn, and as near as I can tell scripted anyways. Like one town where this dude is always comeing in, and crouching, always saying "get away from me, or I'll kick your @$$" Uh...I rented the room, piss off. Anyhow, cool game, and I've found a LOT more stuff, once I realized the coumpass at the bottome actually shows caves, setelments, etc befor you get to them, so I can steer towards ones that look interesting, and now I have a lot more stuff on there. I'll be at this a while. Cool game. I saw the GOTY at the store a couple of days ago, and scanned it and it said $60. So uh...I'll have to wait till I get paid again to get that. Heh, I thought the other reached $20 befor they quit selling it, so I thought that was a bit high, but hell, I paid nearly $30 for mine, and I know that's well worht it. Hyper_Eye #27 Posted October 23, 2007 You shouldn't have to worry about vamps anymore. Once you get cured you should be immune.

The GOTY edition has like $40 worth of downloadable content on it. Pretty sweet deal for $60, really.
Video #29 Posted November 7, 2007 Heh, I think I may have beaten the game (or the main quest, anyways) Uh, yeah, I finely got the kings amulate thingy, and took him to the imperial city and got attacked by all the oblivion dudes, that was cool. and after the dragon thingy fought the big deamon dude (heym, no fair, I wanted to do that) it gave what could be considered an end of game credit type thingy, and some imperial guard dude said I'd have to come back in two weeks for my 'only worn by the emperor' armor. So...either I beat it, and pretty much own the world now, or maybe theres' some more and I gotta go find the emperor dude now, since he kinda looked like he got killed by that dragon thing. Eh...feck that, now I can go do all the side crap I never did befor, or maybe restart as a different characture. Oh, what are fans for? Do they serve a purpose, or do they just follow you around and piss you off? I got one I think for completeing the arena Or mabe it was from completeing the main quest? I did both right around the same time. Anyhow, just wanted to say, awesome game. Maybe it's time to open that game of the year edition I got a few weeks ago finely. I could probably even read the guide and see if I missed anything important, or cool along the way. Yeah, if you like this type of adventury RPG type of game, then you gotta get this. Oh yeah, whens the next one comeing out? Probably another 3 years or so right? Guess I play halo till then
moycon #30 Posted November 7, 2007 Sounds like you beat the main quest, but really that's just the begining. The main quest can be done in around 25-30 hours... I think I have around 120 hours logged in that game and I still have quests to do. I think fans and such that follow you can assist in battles. I've never used them myself much and when I have they went down pretty quick. Probably because when I figured out what to do with them I was already like level 40+
Hyper_Eye #31 Posted November 7, 2007 I have 200 hours in this game and I still haven't completed the main quest. There is so much side stuff that you can do that this game can last for a long long time. I have the Knights of the Nine and the Shivering Aisles expansion and I haven't even started into the content for those. I have plenty of gameplay left to squeeze from this title. The problem is that I play WoW and it makes it hard to play anything else. In the last 2 years I have had to struggle to finish a game because of WoW. Video #32 Posted November 13, 2007 Cool, well, last night, I completed the assassins guild and unlocked the final 140 or so %, so now I got my 1000% completion of the game (god, that sounded stupid) I ran into something cool, I went into a cave and was chopping people, and couldn't find where I was going, and looked at the map, and it was complete (the map I mean) I looked it up on the net and apparently, if you leave a place for 3 days or so, the charactures and chests are repopulated....so...technically you could go playing into infinity I guess.... I don't think Morrowind repopulated anything like taht. Cool to know though. Anyhow, awesome game. Now it's time to start with new charactures or something. Now it's time to start with new charactures or something. What do you mean you got 1000% completion of the game? You mean you got all the achievements or you finished all of the quests? Where does it show you what % of the game you have completed? I'm thinking you probably shouldn't start a new character just yet. If you just got this game Oct 13th, I would seriously doubt you finished everything there is to do in the game with the character you have. I got my copy the day it came out and haven't done all the quests yet. (Still working on Hermaeus Mora shrine)
Shannon #34 Posted November 15, 2007 Check this quirk we ran across while playing. Seems this guy is having an issue with his eyes!!!
Video #35 Posted November 20, 2007 (edited) I mean achievements. You Turn the system on, and on it's boot menue you just go down to achievements, and look at the individual games. AFAIK, all games have 1000% or points, or whateve the hell it is. You get them for each guild, and the main quest, but it doesn't covere any of the other stuff (like maxing out a skill, or clearing caves, oblivion gates or whatever) Yeah, glitches can be cool. One of the more amuseing ones is if you kill a dead body close to a door, and then open (or close) the door, the dead body will sometimes get hung up and jiggle around. Oh, and the spinning sword thing, some guilds like the arena or fighers guild will have racks of weapons, and sometimes you can pick up one and send the others into perpetual spinning motion.
