Gabriel #1 Posted October 14, 2007 Meh. I haven't been playing anything the past few days. I'm kind of in a funk where I don't seem to want to do anything. I haven't even played Puzzle Quest on my 360, after eagerly downloading it. So, what is everyone else playing. Any cool game stories?
Ross PK #2 Posted October 14, 2007 (edited) I've been really enjoying Gran Turismo 4 on the PS2. And recently I've asked in a couple of game shops if they had Metal Slug Anthology, but they said no. I'm not sure now though if it's something I really want to get. I've also been thinking about getting some classic game compilations and some 2D shooters for my PS2. All of which I should be able to get for quite cheap. Edited October 14, 2007 by Ross PK

KrazyKaiju #4 Posted October 14, 2007 I've been getting into Rogue Galaxy on the PS2. It actually tore me away from Lost Levels. Hopefully I'll be able to finish it soon, as I expect to spend some quality time with Battalion Wars and Mario Galaxy in the near future.
n8littlefield #5 Posted October 14, 2007 Pretty much just Sin & Punishment and Excite Truck on the Wii and Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 on the PC.

godslabrat #7 Posted October 14, 2007 With summer at a close, I'm not finding as much time for gaming. My big "projects" right now are to finish Dragon Quest VIII on PS2, and Mario & Luigi: SuperStar Saga on GBA. The latter just seems to be a never-ending game. Not boring, per se, just a lot bigger than I originally thought it would be. It's a good game, but I'm wanting to move on (not before I finish it, though!) My Wii has been getting a workout, too. Super C and Dragon Spirit on the WVC have been a blast. Next month, I'll be getting that Star Trek game on the Wii, so there will be much nerdly goodness coming. ManShowBoy #8 Posted October 15, 2007 (edited) I've been playing Skate on 360 mostly and a few Saturn and Dreamcast games here and there. Though i'm playing more classic stuff right now, i'll be getting my modern gaming fix in about a month when a crap load of games i want come out. Mord #9 Posted October 15, 2007 I finally opened up Ys The Ark of Napishtim. I've owned it for a year or more, just haven't gotten around to it. I should also get around to playing those PS1 RPGs at some point. -- Mord
keilbaca #10 Posted October 15, 2007 Ack I forgot about Turmoil... I have been playing Guitar Hero 2, Portal, and Mushihime Sama. That's about it, got over 150mil on Mushi, and I'm up to 2650ish on Scorehero in ranking.
moycon #11 Posted October 15, 2007 Puzzle Quest and Rapalas Tournament Fishing is what I've been playing the past couple days. I like to play that Rapalas before and after I go fishing for real, at least that way i can actually land a few.
liveinabin #12 Posted October 15, 2007 KOTOR 2 on the Xbox. What with the sun shining, I reckon I'll be more forgiving of all its bugs. Oh, and I'm sporadically playing Pokemon Pearl and Taiko Drum Master on the DS.
Uzumaki #13 Posted October 15, 2007 Trying to put my Virtual Boy Store display back together. I received it as a gift from a store manager, complete with original key to open it but it was well abused. Controller was dead, main unit was beyond repair so it was taken apart for spare parts and a connector heading to a certain someone on VB cart project. Finally the metal braces that held the main unit to the "arm" of the display was broken and needed to be welded back in. Lots of cleaning to do as well, dust bunny owns it currently Aside that playing Everquest, fixing broken down PCs in my home, and watching various anime. Lord Helmet #14 Posted October 15, 2007 Lets see... I just started Call of Duty 3 on the 360. I'm still trying to pick up one last achievement on Track and Field XBLA. Also in the middle of Castlevania DOS on the DS.
Atari5200 #15 Posted October 15, 2007 Been playing Gradius Galaxies on the DS, GBA game though. Finally, FINALLY just found Portrait of Ruin for the DS at a store that didn't sell out and sell nothing but crap DS games, so i've started that and most of my gaming time will probably focus around it until i beat it. NE146 #16 Posted October 15, 2007 (edited) and watching various anime. Funnily enough that's exactly what I'm doing these days. I started watching "Naruto" a little bit on cartoon network. Figured I wanted to watch the whole thing, so last week I snagged all 220 episodes offa usenet, and then all 30 episodes of it's "shippuden" series. So that's what I'm doing.. just watching them from 1 on down.. streaming them to whatever tv I happen to be at. Then I'll be done. Oh, and playing Zelda DS while taking my daily crap Edited October 15, 2007 by NE146
Scumdogg #17 Posted October 15, 2007 I'm currently on disc 3 of Blue Dragon, with Metroid Prime 3 presumably next on my "to-play" queue as far as consoles are concerned. Although the lure to go back and beat Bioshock again is strong...i wish i could care more about the Wii. My wife and i also just started our second play-through of Ultimate Alliance, having downloaded the hero and villain packs. This is distracting us both from our tasks at hand (Blue Dragon for me and Overlord for her), but it's just such a fun game. Then there's the frequent breaks from everything else to play We Love Katamari. Oh, and i'm playing SimCity on my DS. I desperately need to get back to my older systems, i've purchased about thirty games in the past few weeks between the SNES, N64, and Genesis that are still completely unplayed. Oh, and playing Zelda DS while taking my daily crap I hope you like non-plot advancing filler. There's a good 50+ episodes of it all one after another if memory serves. From what I hear shippuden started going with filler recently as well, but I long since lost interest in the series to verify.

From what I hear shippuden started going with filler recently as well, but I long since lost interest in the series to verify. According to wikipedia, the filler arcs start at episode 136 and end at 220. From which "Shippunden" takes over and is from the manga. So I guess that's easier.. that elminated near half the episodes I have to watch I'm only on episode 64 anyway Edited October 15, 2007 by NE146
Quadhorn #20 Posted October 15, 2007 As I've ranted about on another thread, playing WinXP-happy updates of Doom, Duke Nukem 3D and Shadow Warrior. I'm also watching through Ranma 1/2 bit-by-bit between bouts of company-santioned acts of technomancy.
