moycon #2 Posted October 15, 2007 TDU is a great racing game. I haven't picked it up in awhile though. Too many other great games in the queue. If all Atari games were as classy and well done as TDU though, they wouldn't be in financial trouble!

Yeah, what he said Awesome game, just don't have the time these days with all the other fantastic releases and well life in general. I drove 500+ miles in the first day I had it! raindog151 #4 Posted October 15, 2007 I've not played a TD game since my amber screen 8086, so can any of you explain what makes this worth playing over something like Forza or PGR?
moycon #5 Posted October 15, 2007 I've not played a TD game since my amber screen 8086, so can any of you explain what makes this worth playing over something like Forza or PGR? I enjoyed it for the sense of freedom it offered. The graphics are gorgeous and some days I'd have fun just tooling around the islands listening to music. (and furthering my chances of snagging an achievement for driving every inch of road.) If you enjoy online there are other Xbox 360 users tooling around as well. You can easily hook up and get into a race with anyone willing to try you, just drive up next to them and ask. For the most part though I just do jobs and race and try to earn cash to buy bigger houses and badder cars. I really need to break this title back out, it's an A+ game.
