Atarifever #1 Posted October 29, 2007 Why is it that some games are in cabinates that look child sized? A local pizza place has a Frogger in one of those and you have to sit in a tiny little stool to play it, which feels pretty silly for an adult. I didn't have much of an arcade experience in my little hometown (a few games at the beach, in a pizza place, and in the doorways to the mall), so much of the arcade stuff is very odd to me. The local pizza place is very old school by the way and makes me miss the 80s, being small and locally owned, and having Atlantis pinball, a Space Invaders clone I mentioned here once before, some target shooting game, Frogger, and a jukebox. Now that is awesome. The best part is that it takes about 15 minutes to get an order, so my Frogger score is improving dramatically, as is my appriciation of Journey. Oh, and anyone have a link to the rules of Atlantis, as the ones on the machine are terrible?

I saw some really small arcade machines here in South Korea too, but they were Neo Geo.

Like I said, this could be a very common type of cabinate, I don't know. Edited October 30, 2007 by Atarifever

Crazy Climber #5 Posted November 5, 2007 I have always wanted a mini Neo cab, they had 2 for sale at the MGC this year. If they are there again next year I think I will pick one up.
