PSP Warhammer game

Recommended Posts

I discovered the other day while looking for info on the Warhammer 40K game that there's a Warhammer fantasy game for the PSP. However, it doesn't seem like anyone anywhere is saying anything about it.

That's normally not a good sign.

Does anyone have it? What is it like?

The Warhammer game for PSP is a card game - I've heard mixed things about it, mostly to the effect that if you like the Warhammer card game you'll like the PSP game, but that is all it is, so otherwise you're not likely to be very interested in it... I'm sure I'll pick it up eventually as it goes pretty cheap used around here, but I haven't gotten around to it yet...

IGN just put up a review: they rated it a mediocre 5.4 out of 10.

There's a downloadable demo for the PSP which I've played. I like turn-based games and I thought it seemed like it might be a fun game. Maybe I'll pick up a copy if I can find it cheap.

Ah... seems there's a new Warhammer game besides the card game one... I bought the old one - Warhammer Battle for Atluma - last night at EB for $8... My son played it for a couple hours and said it was a good card battle game, but little more. The new one looks much more promising...
