Seeking 2600 carts in ANY condition...

Hey all. I just want some good games to play, I'm not bothered if they have ratty labels or whatever. I have plenty to swap, just see my trade list.

 

-Sega Game Gear and games

-Virtual Boy games

-few NES games

-Genesis games

-PS1 games

-PS2 games

-DVDs

-Massive action figure collection

-48 X CD burner

-ETC.

 

The good thing for me is, 90% of my favorites for the 2600 are considered "common". I remember my two older sisters getting a system for their 8th grade graduation, their two favorites were Stampede and Centipede....odd the things you remember, eh?

My fiancee and I are primarily toy collectors, but a while back at a yardsale I got a "Heavy Sixer" and a FLOOD of GREAT memories came back, so now i need some FOOD for it. I managed to grab THESE thus far: (this area may be redneck hell, but its GREAT as far as fleas and GoodWills and so forth are concerned..)

If you dig deeper into Pooyan's (Joe Rodd's) background here you'll discover that a few years ago he ripped-off several AA members. If you're not Joe Rodd, then this suspicion about your identity will seem confusing and unfair, I'm sure. Nonetheless, the suspicion has been raised and the cat's out of the bag now. Fair or unfair, I'm afraid the onus is going to fall upon you to prove your identity. If you're not Joe Rodd, then you have my sincere apology for suggesting that you might be. And as to "looking out for fellow members"...well, doing said "act of decency" and seemingly accusing a person of being someone that is a scam artist and low-life, those are two VERY different things. This could have been handled FAR differently....for example, like maybe NOT speaking of "suspicions" and displaying a little skull face....

You're not the first person to have their identity questioned on this forum and you won't be the last. Please try to take it in stride and not so personally. You're making more out of this than is necessary.

I've been know to ask if there are unsellable games in any given store, and accept them if they're offered. I ask once, though, and if the answer's "no", I go on about my business. Usually I'll buy a few games from the place anyway.

 

That said, I've got spares right now of Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back, Space Invaders, E.T., and Atlantis with the day scene label. If you want them, send me a PM. I may actually send out my personal Atlantis day scene cart and keep the one from the trade bin...I haven't decided yet. Either way, one's up for grabs. As long as it doesn't cost an arm and a leg to ship to Eternia, it's all good.

Hmm, not sure on that. I didn't know if you had copies of these already, but aside from the Atlantis, they aren't worth a lot. Atlantis might be worth a little more than the rest since it's got the day picture.

 

If you want, cover the postage. It shouldn't be a whole lot.

 

Actually, do you have a copy of Karate Kid II lying around? DVD or VHS would be fine, either way.
