He provides the friendly bidding war competition so you won't be able to get anything at a decent price, much less BattleSphere for just a few hundred(2-3 bills)$. He keeps it at $599 with his BattleSphere BINs.

He has a massive & impressive Jaguar collection with double quadruples of everything,.. he has stated in his past brief visits here to AA. He keeps our Jaguar system at a high value with his cornering of the ebay Jag market and flipping at high prices. He bids on many Jag items at any one time. Thank him for keeping the Jaguar system worth a premium in the classic videogames world.

The best way to stop him is to not buy from him, and warn bidder's of his auctions about him so they can cancel bids. If he can't sell the stuff, he'll have to stop buying it, or at least drop his prices. He needs to be tared and feathered and run out of "town" on a rail. He's single handedly destroying the Jaguar market. I've stopped buying and selling Jaguar products all together on eBay just becuase of him.

I resolved a long time ago not to bid on any of his auctions. I imagine there must be some who are ignorant of his thievery, or he'd have moved on to some new group of hobbyists to victimize months ago.

Towers II for $200, gee i should put my copy on Ebay, nah, even though I despise the game, I could never sell it unless it was an issue of life or death.

I've made my suggestion to contract out the sell of new Battlesphere carts... more supply reduces the product of scalpers like SS4U.

 

Done my part. Until then we can only boycott SS4U sales. The other way to deminish people like SS4U... sell your Jaguar items to other collectors. Works great. We by from either, leave people like SS4U out of the loop, and we're good.

 

Just be ready to sell the item for less than what you would get on E-bay. Me, I'm good at a little above what I paid for it, so I'm good.

He did that to me with Towers II. I didnt win but neither did he someone out bid him in the last couple seconds. Its like he tries to drive the price up to make his prices not look quite so insane. If anyone is looking to sell Towers II let me know.

I'm pretty sure there is a PC version of Towers II, if you can't get ahold of the expensive Jag version. Then again, I'm not sure how easy it is to find the PC version. Nor how expensive it is...

Nonono! If you're going to be spiteful with money, let him buy them all up while you contact whoever's got the rights to it. Another print run would hurt him a lot more if he's hoarding them.

 

Outbidding him feeds into the hype process and makes the ones he sells seem like better "deals".

True, and I feel like a hypocrite. I said I would never get this game because of the price. But it is one game I do not have and I ended up bidding on it a few times, just to see that bastard win almost every time. So just now I had some money to burn, and BS gold came up and that prick kept bidding, but I wouldn't let him have it. So yeah I spent alot but I'm pretty much done spending on the JAG for quite some time, and I kept a copy of BS Gold from SS4U. Plus I can now check out the hype on the game.
