Yeah, what's up with that? I remember when the first batch sold out real quick it went up in value quick on ebay, then they shipped more...which seemed to be plenty, I think I picked up one for $35 or so. Now they're rare again. Can you use the pads on the Wii's DDR game? Thats the only thing I can figure, just like wavebirds got a lot more valuable. And christmas time of course.

the dance pads work on the wii yes but that has nothing to do with the demand. It's cause it's Mario for one, and two cause it's the only nintendo brand DDR pad.

 

EDIT: And yes it is still kinda rare so the popularity mixed in with that keeps it a high ticket game.
