sandmountainslim #1 Posted December 10, 2007 I wonder if the traditional Christmas Sale at the AA store is near? I normally buy myself a new homebrew game at Christmas time, was wanting Colony 7 this year but looks like it may be after Christmas before it is available so I been browsing around seeing what other games I don't have that I really wanna own. Never hurts if you can save a couple bucks WP
Albert #2 Posted December 10, 2007 Work is progressing, but I cannot make any promises on when it will kick off. There is still work being done for several new games, but that's slowly wrapping up. ..Al
Mirage #3 Posted December 10, 2007 Uh oh... I've been pre-approved to buy the ~$100 of stuff from the store I want this year. If there's gonna be several more new titles, I may have to put in another expenditure request!
jboypacman #4 Posted December 10, 2007 Keep us up-to-date Al i should be getting some Christmas Cash this year from my "mom" and In-Laws so i just might be hitting the old AA store for some new "brews".

Just curious jboypacman, why did you put the word mom in quotes? Is it because it's really your 79 year old sugar mamma that likes you to call her mom but she isn't technically your mother so to differentiate you wrapped the word in quotes? Sorry, These are the things that pop into my head when I'm sick and drinking Robotusin all day. Anyways..... Is there by chance going to be a holiday cart this year? +Omegamatrix #10 Posted December 10, 2007 It's going to be hard to top Toyshop Trouble from last year. For anyone who hasn't tried it yet it's an absolutely brilliant game. Reindeer Rescue was a lot of fun too. The bar has been raised pretty high for a Christmas cart these days.
Big Player #11 Posted December 11, 2007 It's going to be hard to top Toyshop Trouble from last year. For anyone who hasn't tried it yet it's an absolutely brilliant game. I'll second that. Toyshop Trouble is my most played 2600 homebrew, one year later.

Toyshop Trouble is my most played 2600 homebrew, one year later. I'm so disappointed that I didn't get this one last year. I wasn't around to do the Christmas deal last year. I know some may feel that a reissue would somehow make theirs less special, but OTOH, wouldn't it be great if more people could enjoy this game that I hear is so great? I'd buy a re-issue in a heartbeat.
cosmosiss #13 Posted December 11, 2007 Looks like you can still buy the 2005 one. http://www.atariage.com/store/index.php?ma...products_id=845 Was Toyshop Trouble ever released as ROM?
Giltygear #14 Posted December 11, 2007 i was thinking of picking up strat-o-gems (i played the rom of it not too long ago), but if theres gonna be some kind of sale, i might as well hold off till then
Tom_Explodes #15 Posted December 11, 2007 So I ordered Medieval Mayhem too soon? Haha. I don't mind. S'long as it's here by Christmas and I get to play it, I don't care at all. Might have to make my mostly blind grandfather play it with me
