There was screw holes already exposed so I asked the seller if he would open it up and take a picture of the chip. Turns out there was a P on the chip. He was a nice guy about the whole thing and said his cart didn't roll on his TV. I didn't want to take a chance though as a lot of new TV's won't roll with PAL carts.
