JamesD
The local CompUSA is already closing due to the shutdown of all CompUSA stores. They had game systems 10% off. No Wii's but there were 360's and PS3's. I didn't verify whether or not the discount price was actually lower than anywhere else though. So, if your local CompUSA is already closing you might get a price break on one of these systems.

So, if your local CompUSA is already closing you might get a price break on one of these systems. The whole company is closing down. Price reductions will get larger as the liquidation continues. The local Compusa's closed here earlier this year and I can tell you it starts off rather weak. Price reductions are, for the most part, off of overpriced goods. By the time items are down to good pricing, the good items are long gone. People will buy anything that says XX% off. They should look closely to see what competitors are selling these items for. Many times competitors normal prices are cheaper than Compusa's early close-out prices. This is one reason why the chain failed.

JamesD
Some of CompUSA's prices suck but I got a Pre-N router for the same price as NewEgg without having to pay shipping. The PreN card was cheaper than NewEgg.

Go to Cheap Ass Gamer if you want to see the best deals. CC sometimes has the best deals for a particular week, but often it doesn't.
