Image Systems Corp ATR-4CP Multi-Sync video board

Folks,

 

Anyone have any good data on this board for the Mega ST series? Weird I cant find anything on the net except a strange interview with one of the designers 'Jay' - and turns out Jay liked to answer questions about anything other than the video board..........

 

It appears it requires a Multi-Sync monitor (presume no way to get around finding an old monitor), but I dont see any other data on it(video modes, compatibility, installation requirements, etc...).

Ok - if no one has any data on this board - does anyone know of a converter that would allow a multisync video card work with a VGA monitor?
