midnight magicman #2 Posted December 27, 2007 Out of all the games to pass through your hands, which do you most wish had remained? Arcadewise? Definitely Tempest. I've gotten the urge every few months for the past 20 years to just go to an arcade & get that experience (I dream about it everyonce & a while)! DragonmasterDan #3 Posted December 27, 2007 I basically never sell or trade games unless it's something I happen to own doubles of. So nothing immediately springs to mind. In my time working in the industry I've seen a lot of demos of products never released, but very few of them were actually sent for preview or review purposes since they weren't far enough along for such a thing to occur in most cases. jboypacman #4 Posted December 27, 2007 Hmmm......Magical Musical Princess i think it was called for the PS1 it was a really neat ideal of having a RPG with singing in it like a Disney movie(I thought it was cool and diffrent).
Bucket #5 Posted December 27, 2007 I wish I still had all my Gameboy games. But for some reason I sold them all at a yard sale and I can't remember why.
Scumdogg #6 Posted December 27, 2007 I used to have a complete and minty copy of the Maxi-15 multicart for the NES that my grandma got me for christmas as a kid. Traded it for a Genesis and a couple games several years ago. Man, i'm an idiot.
Vic George 2K3 #7 Posted December 28, 2007 Probably Dragon's Lair for the Coleco Adam, because the tape of the data pack version that I had owned ended up wearing out.
shadow460 #8 Posted December 28, 2007 Final Fantasy 8 for the PC. After that, probably Shining Force III for the Saturn. One that I really missed actually came back to me. That was Escape From the MindMaster for the 2600. I got back my original copy--I didn't just buy another one somewhere else.
Big Player #9 Posted December 28, 2007 Murder on the Zinderneuf is the only game that I really miss. I wish I had at least kept the instruction manual so it would be easier to play on an emulator.

kroogur #11 Posted December 28, 2007 Ghostbusters for the 2600 i used to spend hours playing that critter. I think i gave it away when i gave an Atari 2600 to a friend.
ApolloBoy #12 Posted December 28, 2007 I feel for the guys who have sold their games, everyone always regrets it! I don't. All the games I got rid of were either bad or I just didn't play them.
Gabriel #13 Posted December 28, 2007 (edited) I miss having a Commodore 64 and playing Ultima IV and Bard's Tale. I can still play them on PC, but it isn't the same. My C64 setup and all my games were stolen by a "friend." But mostly I've kept all my beloved games close to me. Edit: Whoops. A thread in Modern Games reminded me of one I regret getting rid of. Robo Aleste for the Sega CD. Edited December 28, 2007 by Gabriel
Impaler_26 #14 Posted December 28, 2007 Panzer Dragoon Saga for the Saturn.
The Eidolon #15 Posted December 28, 2007 Maybe Spelunker for the Atari 8-bit. Though I may not have the patience for it now... Things seemed fun but hard to a teenager now just seem way too hard!
Dauber #16 Posted December 29, 2007 After seeing what a collector's item it's become, my Vectrex. A couple of cousins I lost touch with over 20 years ago handed it down to me, and I handed it down to another cousin whom I've also been long out-of-touch with. I have a feeling that even if I knew how to get in touch with him, he probably wouldn't have it now anyway. I only had five carts -- Solar Quest, Scramble, Clean Sweep, Berzerk, and Star Trek -- and they were COMPLETE -- boxes, inserts, manuals, overlays... I used to use the Vectrex controller on my Atari to cheat at The Activision Decathlon. Yeah, you could use the buttons on the paddles, but that just doesn't work as well as holding down button 3 and repeatedly tapping button 4 on the Vectrex stick....
