Looking for a copy of Tetris & Dr. Mario for SNES

My wife recently fell in love with the NES version of Dr. Mario. Not wanting to pass on an opportunity to increase her interest in gaming, I'm trying to snag a copy of the Tetris & Dr. Mario cart that was released for the SNES.

 

Eventually I'll probably score a copy of the N64 one, too, but right now I have no controllers for my N64

 

So! Does anyone have a copy of this game they're willing to trade for or sell? I have some minor trade stock which I can list later today once I get home.

Well to be honest I am hoping to get a deal, so a boxed copy might be out of my range. DigitPress lists it loose for $3, eBay has near-ended auctions in the $10 range. I'd probably not pay more than $6 or $8 for it.
