Hmmm, "Project Arcades"??  Do you mean like that one arcade outside of Chicago that gets all the protos before they are released fully?

I think he means machines that need some work.

 

Have you looked on ebay? I think I have seen some your way recently that need some work.

There is also Craigslist.

There is an auction in Indy on the 19th.
