Where to get Falcon memory upgrade

A friend of mine bought a Falcon recently, with 4Mb. He is now looking for a memory upgrade (14Mb) like my Falcon (he wants to use Cubase Audio) but can't find It anywhere. Anyone a hint where to look ?
