Who uses Media Center extender?

I just set this network up between the 360 and my new PC. Now, I've got a question, if I rent a video on Netflix with their online streaming thing, how do I get the 360 to play it instead so I can watch it on my HDTV? Does the Netflix movie just download the file to my PC first, or is it a stream?

I have never been able to stream movies very well without the video getting choppy. I need to upgrade my ethernet though.

Ive never used Netflix to try that. Altho I do get a few free every months so I need to try it out. I have in the past bought movies off Movielink:

And once downloaded they would play fine through Media Center on the 360.

I'm off to try Netflix. I've been meaning to do that for awhile now anyways.

 

Edit : Netflix doesn't work that way. It is easy to use and pic is nice though. I'll have to watch a few flicks on my PC hell I've had the ability to do so for a long time and never have. Might as well...Its free.
