Atari5200 #1 Posted January 21, 2008 (edited) For an RPG, this game has great replay value, and here's why... Start a new game and when you have to make choices, always choose the renegade or the most assholish choice you can choose. Holy crap is it funny, now I'm back in the same boat I was in when I played it the first time normally, I can't wait to get back home to see what happens next. BTW, i think I know why this game got the M rating now, some colorful vocabulary when you choose the assholish choices. "you can't just go around beating people in the head" ... hilarious. Lord Thag #2 Posted February 1, 2008 Yeah, I agree. I almost never replay RPGs, but this is one I will. Other than the Elder Scrolls games, and some older RPGs like Ultima and Bard's tale, it's on the short list of RPG games I actually *enjoy*.
Karyyk #3 Posted March 16, 2008 Yeah, this is one of the reasons the game is great. My first play through I was pretty straight-laced and completed every single side-quest. The second time through though, I'm taking more of a James T. Kirk approach, being more of a renegade, blowing my top, cutting off transmissions with the council mid-sentence, that kind of thing. In fact, I've started referring to Mass Effect as the "James T. Kirk Alien Interaction Simulator."
