build my own MAME arcade game

I want to build my own stand up Arcade game (MAME based)...... based primiarly on MsPacman /Galaga games.

 

Does anyone have plans for this or a part list?

 

I'll use a WinXp computer , and a Wells-gardner 27 in monitor (series 9400)

 

what controllert to use?

what joystick to use?

what powersupply?

what buttons?
