+Psionic #2 Posted January 25, 2008 I saw this on craiglist......it is an awsome deal but whats with the sticks protruding from the controllers? They're snap-on aftermarket things that were sold to make the controllers easier to use.
CARTRIDGE STEALER #3 Posted January 25, 2008 ah.....I never saw them in stores. too bad the ad is over a week old. I bet he sold it all already.
Mirage #4 Posted January 25, 2008 ah.....I never saw them in stores. too bad the ad is over a week old. I bet he sold it all already. You never know... call/email the guy. I've gotten a couple things off CL that have sat there for well over a week with no takers. I've also recently seen some people re-list the same item (Ataris) a little later due to no takers. Worst he can say is that it's gone! Looks like a fantastic deal!

gooseman #7 Posted January 26, 2008 (edited) dude..hands down, YES. Maybe you will get lucky and have some rare ones in that set. But it being boxed and all is an awesome deal, good luck with that. Edited January 26, 2008 by gooseman
Zonie #8 Posted January 26, 2008 I'm not a CV fan, I do have one, but that is a good deal being boxed and with the super controllers and steering wheel.

doubledown #10 Posted January 26, 2008 I saw this on craiglist......it is an awsome deal but whats with the sticks protruding from the controllers? The pics are a little small, but if I'm not mistaken those aren't any of the the snap-on variant stick adapters, those are the Injoy-A-Stick version. Installation requires removal of the silver sticker on the original controller knob, removal of the screw holding the original knob in place, swap the original knob with the stick, and re-install the screw. I've got a couple pairs of them and they're not bad. The extra length makes throwing a direction a little easier than the original low profile knobs. CARTRIDGE STEALER #14 Posted January 26, 2008 I just got back from my purchase. he told me some guy called "retrogames-r-us" wanted them and was willing to pay more. So, I called asap and got there in 10 minutes. I did a search for retrogames-r-us and it turns out he's on ebay and would have probably flipped everything for a profit.
