NES Controller Rebuild Parts / Kits?

Hi all,

 

Sorry if this topic has been covered before, but I did some searching and came up with nothing on this topic.

 

My NES controllers need to have the rubber pads replaced, as most of them are split--especially on the A and B buttons, and they have no more "spring" to them when you use them.

 

Can anyone refer me to a place that might sell Rebuild kits for the NES controllers? I've seen some on Ebay, but I am not sure about the quality...
