Oh Noes! I broke it!

Quick question where is the best place to get a replacement switch for my 2600? It's a light sixer and i broke off part of the switch when i was cleaning the unit. It's the Color/BW switch.

I think CPUWIZ used to sell them, but his site is down right now, maybe send him a PM.

The other source is Best Electronics, but they have a minimum order of $20 I believe

That sounds like a job for mighty putty? :D

 

But, seriously if you just broke off the handle part you might get away with just gluing it. I hardly use that switch anyway.

Good idea, superglue should do the trick.

 

It's funny how the rest of us never thought of that.

If your not worried about the looks of your atari you can get a push on push off switch from radio shack and put it in.

excellent suggestions from everyone! i would like to keep it lookin intact so i'll probably try the glue first as i dont really have a use for the switch,i got a pm sent to Cpu.
